Solid gold is a soft metal that can be prone to bending and damage if not worn carefully. To increase the lifespan of this piece, it is not recommended to be worn while doing strenuous activities, in chlorinated water, or exposing it to cleaning chemicals.

All custom engagement rings are made-to-order this means that once the ring is purchased, then the ring goes into production. Production can take 3-5 weeks.

All in-stock rings are noted as in-stock, these rings are readily available for shipping or pickup. In-stock rings are only typically only available in sizes 5-9. If a size beyond this range is required, shop the "customizable" version of the same ring where you can edit the ring size, carat size, and stone shape. Customizable rings can be shopped here.

USA IMPORTATION, DUTIES, TAXES, TARIFFS:

All USA clients are responsible to cover all duties, tariffs, and taxes that are set in-place by the US government. Due to the newly implemented tariffs, Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands and ALL JEWELRY is expected to receive a 50% import tax upon entering into the US. This percentage can vary, we are not responsible if the duties exceed the suggested 50%. Please stay up-to-date on the USA's import rules and regulations. Olive Branch Jewelry is not responsible to cover the tariffs, or provide any sort of refund or compensation if the consumer decides to not pay the import taxes when notified to do so.

Orders exceeding 3000 CAD will be required to fill-out an importation form as per the USA's laws and regulations for import. The form is sent by Fedex via email straight to the email address of the recipient.
